Baty International Ltd is pleased to announce that it has achieved ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems Standard. Following rigorous examination of its procedures and performance relating to leadership, risk management, and satisfying customer requirements, this prestigious certification includes the design, manufacture, and service of contact and non-contact dimensional measuring equipment.

Medical Device Directive for the Harpenden Skinfold Caliper

In addition, Baty has also maintained the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC for a Class 1 Device with Measuring Function for the Harpenden Skinfold Caliper.

This precision instrument is the only Caliper CE marked under the Directive, and has been designed for use in the performance of Skinfold thickness measurements. It’s been used all over the world on projects of international importance and is the most prestigious Caliper available, calibrated using masters traceable to National Standards.
