Baty Appoints New Field Service Engineer Based in Scotland

Jimmy Cooper Appointed as Baty Field Service Engineer for Scotland

 

jimmy-cooperAs part of the Bowers Group, Baty International has appointed Jimmy Cooper as Field Service Engineer covering Scotland. Based near Glasgow and serving Scotland, Jimmy will also cover some work in the North of England, and visits to Ireland when necessary.

Supporting Baty’s Customers and Worldwide Distributors

Baty Director and General Manager Kevin Smith said: “We are delighted to announce that Jimmy Cooper has joined Baty International in the capacity of Field Service Engineer for the North. Reporting to Robert Smart as Field Service Manager and based from his home in North Lanarkshire, James will play a key role in supporting Baty’s customers and worldwide distributors through service, calibration and technical assistance, within Scotland and Ireland.

Faster Response Times and Improved Service

James has over 18-years’ experience working in a Field Sales capacity, within a similar role. His knowledge, skill-set and work experience will be both transferable and essential to his new role with Baty. This strategic move strengthens our presence in the area, resulting in faster response times for breakdowns to further improve our services.”
