Terrific Success for Bowers Group’s Mobile Metrology Centre

Bowers Group is pleased to announce that the Mobile Metrology Centre launched last month has gone down a storm with customers! Starting visits in Scotland, the Mobile Metrology Centre offers on-site demonstrations for customers who want to find out more about a wide range of metrology equipment, without having to travel down to the Bowers Group’s Camberley based showroom.

Positive Feedback

Bowers Group UK Sales Manager Martin Hawkins said; “The Mobile Metrology Centre’s tour of Scotland was a terrific success and we are delighted with the positive feedback that we have received so far. We recently carried out a contour demonstration for a potential customer and it was very well received. The centre is fitted out to a very high standard and looks extremely professional, and several customers commented on what a great idea it was. Demonstrating Metrology Solutions in the North East

The North East of England is the next stop for the Mobile Metrology Centre, where our experts will continue to demonstrate our metrology solutions for a variety of applications. On board we have high quality optical inspection systems including the Baty Venture Vision System and the Sylvac Scan optical measuring machine, the Accretech Surfcom Nex and Rockwell hardness testers, along with the Trimos V5 Height Gauge. In addition, customers will have the chance to see a range of Bowers Bore Gauges and Sylvac Bluetooth hand tools.
