The Sylvac S_Head Smart is a compact, high-precision digital micrometer head featuring built-in Bluetooth® connectivity.
Designed to mount on a goose-neck frame, it delivers reliable distance measurement in industrial environments thanks to its IP65 rating and ultra-low power consumption.
The S_Head Smart is Sylvac’s digitally enabled micrometer head, engineered for seamless integration on large goose-neck setups. It offers a 30 mm measuring range with a fine resolution of 0.0001 mm (0.1 µm).
With a maximum error of just 3 µm and exceptional repeatability (≤ 1 µm), it’s ideal for precision distance measurements. Measurement force ranges from 5 to 10 N, making it versatile for various applications.
The unit communicates wirelessly via Bluetooth®, enabling real-time data transmission to PCs or display units. It also supports a PRESET function. Designed for durability, it features IP65 protection and comes with a CR2032 lithium battery.
