Eclipse Magnetics and Bowers Group are seeking a Commercial Executive to join their dynamic commercial team within the (MMG) Magnetics & Measurement Group. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll play a key role in keeping our commercial operations efficient, compliant, and strategically aligned. This is a hands-on, varied role where precision, adaptability, and commercial awareness are essential.
You’ll support the drafting, review, and coordination of commercial agreements, including NDAs, contracts, and renewals, ensuring everything meets company policies and standards. You’ll also assist with accreditations such as Safe Contractor, Made in Britain, and Living Wage, while helping prepare documentation for sustainability initiatives, including Net Zero and CBAM reporting.
Compliance, legal administration, and intellectual property protection are central to your role. You’ll help ensure regulatory standards are met, liaise with external legal counsel when needed, and maintain accurate records of trademarks, patents, and copyrights. You’ll also support risk management and governance, helping the business identify potential issues early and keep operations aligned with internal frameworks.
To succeed, you’ll need a strong understanding of commercial processes, contract administration, and compliance. Familiarity with accreditation frameworks and sustainability reporting is highly valued, alongside strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and ERP systems. Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail are essential, and a degree in Business, Law, or a related field is desirable, but equivalent commercial or compliance experience will also be considered.
