The MWT-3250 is an Ultrasonic Hardness Tester and motorised probe with diamond Vickers indenter for portable, accurate, non-destructive testing. A large colour display shows results in HRC, HV, HBW, HRA, HRB or MPa with data storage of up to 1000 values and configurable averaging. The motorised probe with magnetic base allows for hands-free stable measurements, minimising operator influence and error.
The MWT-3200 is a handheld Hardness Tester which uses the Ultrasonic Contact Impedance method to accurately measure material hardness with no visible indentation mark. Featuring one-touch operation, the motorised probe applies a force of 20N with the diamond Vickers indenter for results in 6 seconds with an accuracy of ±3%HV. Automatic testing with the motorised probe removes operator influence and improves repeatability of results. The magnetic base allows for stable, hands-free measurements eliminating the risk of operator handshake and reducing hand strain from repetitive measurements. A large colour display shows results in HV, HRC, HRA, HRB, HB, or HS with data storage of up to 1000 values. Choose to report individual results or an average from a set of readings.
