The Baty Export Sales Engineer principal job purpose is to understand, plan and work within export strategies consistent with the overall aims and requirements of the Business. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be a result orientated sales professional who can deliver success and exceed sales budgets
We can offer career progression into a management role, working with our Export Applications Engineer who will provide the technical backup to the Export Sales Engineer.

To be considered for this role applicants must have:
Educated to degree level or equivalent with Mechanical Engineering background. Metrology experience a distinct advantage.
Experienced sales professional with proven account management and commercial skills, Export experience a distinct advantage.
Proven track record in building new business through export distribution.
Proven track record in sales growth.
Sales analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other language skills an advantage.
Ability and willingness to be trained to provide ‘hands on’ technical product support.
Experience in product installations and customer / distributor training an advantage
All export experience considered but specific experience in either Russia, Asia, Middle East & India a distinct advantage.
Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD)
