The Bowers Group are looking to recruit for an experienced Fitter / Technician to join their Baty Production Team; this is an exciting role offering the successful candidate great levels of variety, challenge, and opportunity to drive this area of the Bowers Group.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Production Fitter / Technician will work to build plans for Baty optical products, completing systems in a timely manner, with focus on quality and accuracy of assembly to achieve the desired end result, at all times working in a safe and timely manner and to the agreed standards in place at that time.

To be considered for this role applicants must have:
Must have experience of mechanical assembly to tight tolerances
Knowledge of electrical wiring, preferable understanding of motorised and closed loop drive systems
Understanding of Microsoft Windows, and / or product supporting software
Good level of education and academic achievement
Ability to follow instructions
