The P12D from Sylvac is a high-precision, absolute digital probe designed for accurate distance and form‐deviation measurements.
Using a patented dual measuring system (inductive + capacitive), it ensures exceptional accuracy across its full 12.7 mm range. Depending on configuration, you can select between a standard 0.1 µm resolution or a high-resolution 0.01 µm option. Its absolute measuring architecture features built-in electronic error correction, eliminating the need for re-pairing with measurement units.
The probe is designed for longevity, with a stainless-steel body (Ø 12 mm), an 8 h6 fixing diameter, and a ball-bearing guide rated for at least 100 million cycles (30 million under radial load). Outputs include USB or M8 connectors, and data can be read at up to 100 measurements per second.
