Bowers Group is delighted to announce the promotion of Paul Wordsworth to Applications Gauging CNC Technician, following the successful completion of his Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship.
Paul has worked hard throughout his apprenticeship, showing real commitment to learning his craft and developing his skills on the shop floor, with support from John Crabtree, Micrometer & Gauging Technician, Ian Clayton, Engineering Manager, and Jake Appleby, Application Gauging Machine Shop Lead, whose guidance and encouragement have helped him grow in confidence and capability.
In his new role, Paul will be working closely with the Bradford team, reporting to Jake Appleby, and continuing to build his experience across mills, lathes, and a range of manual machines.
Those who work with Paul already know the positive attitude and enthusiasm he brings every day, qualities that will no doubt serve him well in this next chapter.
We’re proud to see Paul progress within the business and are confident he’ll be a real asset in his new role.
