Bowers Connect enables measurements from multiple air-gauges to be up uploaded to a central ‘Control Plan’ on your PC. The Control Plan includes a 3D render of the part being measured with pre-toleranced dimensions to give an immediate visual classification in real time. It can be used with the MB-AG air gauge modules in conjunction with the MB-RS module. The MB-RS Module also allows the air gauge modules to be connected to a PLC or Network via USB or Bluetooth.

Each dimension in the Control Plan is associated with the specific gauge used to check it so that measurement results are automatically ‘mapped’ to the correct report parameter without any input from the operator, and in the latest release you now have the ability to customise and automate PDF reporting.
