Eclipse Magnetics and Bowers Group are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join their Magnetics & Measurement Group (MMG). Reporting to the Commercial & Compliance Lead, you'll provide administrative and coordination support across the commercial function, helping ensure commercial records, compliance documentation, and customer information are accurate and up to date.
You'll maintain commercial agreements and records, ensuring documentation is controlled, accessible, and audit-ready. You'll also support the management of customer and commercial data across ERP and internal systems, carrying out validation checks and producing reports to support business activities.
A key part of the role involves coordinating compliance and regulatory information, including ESG, Modern Slavery, REACH, and RoHS documentation. Working with internal teams and suppliers, you'll help gather and validate information for customer requests, audits, and regulatory requirements.
You'll support customer onboarding activities, assist with tenders and customer submissions, manage shared inboxes and documentation, and help coordinate commercial projects and team activities.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Services, and Group functions, you'll help ensure commercial processes are delivered efficiently and consistently.
To succeed in this role, you'll have experience in an administrative, commercial support, or office-based environment, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You'll be confident working with data, highly proficient in Excel, and comfortable using ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or distribution environment would be advantageous but is not essential. A degree-level qualification would be beneficial, although relevant experience and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
