At Bowers Metrology, we don’t stand still. Now, we’re looking for an Export Regional Sales Manager to take charge of sales across EMEA and Latin America, driving growth through our well-established distribution network while opening new doors to the future.
This is more than a sales role. It’s about owning your region, setting clear objectives, and delivering results that make a real impact on the business. You’ll be the one nurturing long-standing distributor relationships, making sure performance stays on track, and ensuring targets aren’t just met, but exceeded. At the same time, you’ll be identifying fresh opportunities, new distribution partners, untapped markets, and putting in place the strategies to make them work.
You’ll be just as comfortable giving a hands-on technical demonstration with our Application Engineers as you are presenting to a boardroom of international partners. Your ability to combine deep product understanding with sharp commercial acumen will be key. From building accurate quotations and updating CRM records, to leading negotiations and analysing sales performance, you’ll be the point where technical expertise meets commercial success.
With regular international travel expected, you’ll need to be comfortable spending periods away from home. You’ll also be working closely with our Marketing team to deliver successful trade shows, whether run by us or our distributors, representing the Bowers Group brand with professionalism and energy.
We’re looking for someone with a mechanical engineering background, and with proven experience in export sales and distributor-led growth. Metrology knowledge would be a distinct advantage, but what matters most is your ability to build strong business relationships, spot opportunities, and deliver growth. Clear communication, confidence, and the drive to get results are essential, as are strong organisational skills and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
