If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Services and Health Safety & Environmental Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site services, health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) management. As a key member of our company, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of comprehensive Site Services and Health Safety & Environmental strategies.

There’s plenty to do in this role, you will be responsible for site management including machine maintenance contracts, basic preventative maintenance, and machine breakdown administration. You will also be responsible for the health safety & environmental compliance, maintaining our existing safety management system, ISO14001 management system and managing H&S and ISO14001 in our Camberley sales office. You will serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and other stakeholders regarding site services and HS&E matters. You will coordinate and oversee site maintenance, including equipment maintenance, and infrastructure improvements. You will implement and enforce HS&E policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the organisation. You will conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.

What about you? You will have proven experience in site services and HS&E management. You will have strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards relating to site services, health, safety, and environmental management. Previous experience of coordinating a site function with machine maintenance and operating within a commercial environment. You will be H&S trained to IOSH Manging Safely and will have good working knowledge of HSE management system. You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be a self-starter, be able to work on own initiative and be proficiency in MS Office Suite.
